1. Acceptance of Terms

By using SafeCert, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

SafeCert provides:

• A platform to upload product data, documents, and certificates
• Cryptographic protection using BlockForest technology
• QR-based verification for authenticity
• APIs for integration with your systems

We do not verify the accuracy of the content you upload — only its integrity.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that:

• You own or have rights to upload the data and documents.
• Uploaded content does not violate laws or third-party rights.
• You will not misuse, distribute, or manipulate verification data.
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.

4. Platform Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or system failures may temporarily affect access.

5. Prohibited Activities

• Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise system security
• Use SafeCert for fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to bypass verification systems

6. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, branding, UI elements, and verification tools belong to SafeCert. You retain ownership of your uploaded data.

7. Limitation of Liability

SafeCert is not responsible for:

• Inaccuracies in uploaded data
• Misuse of QR codes by third parties
• Losses incurred from downtime or technical issues

Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• You violate the Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity
• Required by law or regulatory authorities

You may terminate your usage at any time.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore.
